My complaint:

Your store 1612 is being managed by someone who is rude and disrespectful to employees and customers. Also everyone who works there is related to each other so I find this a violation of your company policy which is in your handbook that has to be signed before employment is established. Something needs to be done about thus because as of today she just fired a hard working employee over the managers own personal feelings.

They need to seriously look into this and take some action against thus manager because she is starting to give Store 1612 a bad name and image.
