Subway complaint: Apps unable to be used in their own stores, have to stand outside the shop to get App to load!

My complaint:

Useless having an app for a store you are unable to use in the store. Had offers on my App unable to load, staff really unhelpful just said you need to stand outside to load it! the young lad tried to help but the other two walked off….i ended up buying a meal deal from Spar instead….awful, have wifi available if you want customers to use an App….missed out on points many times as unable to open App and dont have time to stand outside for 10mins trying to get the App to load…

Suggested solution:

ensure there is useable wifi for customers to use in each of your stores
