My complaint:

While discussing lunch options with a friend, I have use the app to see if I could customize a sandwich the way I prefer. I couldn’t get all the details I wanted, but wanted to put the sandwich in my cart. What I didn’t realize Was that the button was to order, not added to my cart. I was not aware the sandwich has been ordered, until I got an email saying it was ready. We have already ordered lunch, as we chose pizza, and I do not want to pay for something I am not eating.

Suggested solution:

I feel I should be refunded. Especially since the sandwich was not the way I wanted it, if we had ordered from subway, I would’ve had to call my order in. I was simply saving it as an option, and a reference since I do not order subway very often anymore
