Stylelili.com complaint: Fraud Site

My complaint:

I shopped from them, made payment in advance via credit card.

They did not send the items. They gave a tracking number that shows delivered but it is not.

I emailed them many times to give me the courier name at least so that i go to their office and inquire
but they do not respond. Fraudsters.

Suggested solution:

Either give me details of the courier so that I go to their office and inquire or make a refund to me.
