My complaint:
I have a block on my website and the corporation refuses to fix it. They have me wait one half hour to say that the block will be removed with time. Do they want to get rid of me as a customer? And why? I have been shopping at Stop and Shop for 11 years and I never experiences such inept customer service or they just don’t like me.
My online account will not show the circular or any digital coupons or anything. It just states that I am logged in on another device. I never logged in any other device other than my computer. Or maybe I should just go to Market Basket.
Suggested solution:
Open up the online app so I can view recipes, digital coupons and circular. And open it up now!
