My complaint:
this was the first and the last time i came to this store to shop
first it was a strange woman who instead of saying first excuse me as she was trying to by pass me, she rubbed against me almost pushing me to the side and continued walking and you can see it if you play the video footage of 712021 around 5ish pm, i was trying to pick out a yogurt next to the refrigerator
then most of the people that work there are rude, and have an attitude and provide zero help
then when i finally asked to speak the store manager to express my concerns, it ended up being that lady that almost pushed me to the side when i was picking out that yogurt, at which time i said it was enough of me, and it was the first and last time i shopped there
Suggested solution:
i shop most of the time at NetCost which is a chain of a Russian supermarket, and absolutely love love that store, everyone that works there is super helpful and friendly, and would never disrespect their clients, let alone touch them physically and push them and you would think Shop and stop would hold itself to the same merit, but no, not at all, not even close
