My complaint:
On 12202021 I was on line checking out with a man in front of me buying bananas. I started to place my groceries on the belt with a distance from the person in front of me. The man in front of me paid and left. I moved up and the cashier was raising her voice telling me next time to put the item divider in front of my items because she was going to add them to his order. her voice was very loud and her tone was condescending. I was embarassed and humiliated in front of the other customer’s on line. I told her You are not going to yell at me, and what’s wrong with the guy in front of me?, he has a mouth he could have told you he only had bananas to buy. It’s her JOB to ask if that’s the end of the person’s order. She continued to say to me that I would know it if she was yelling at me. I paid for my items and left.
Suggested solution:
Not the first time I was on this cashier's line. All she does is complain to customers about her day. Honestly I don't care, I don't want to hear your complaining, you are there to check my items out and for me to pay and leave the store. You need to fix your problems with your employees. They all seem mad at the world in there. Make sure they don't talk to the customers like that again or I will make sure I make a huge scene and call the manager over or I will go to corporate and report it.
