My complaint:
I’m so frustrated with having to jump through hoops to get the advertised prices because something always rings up incorrectly or you can’t get into the app for whatever the latest excuse is…. no matter when I shop there I always have to go through the receipt with a magnifying glass only to find out once again there is an issue and it’s back into the, back complaining to an excuse filled manager trying to get my money back for whatever the latest item that I bought which is usually something I’m only buying because of the extra savings that I should be getting. Why can’t you just make the price the price and eliminate all the frustration and extra time that is wasted jumping through the latest hoops you make me jump through … I’m soooooo frustrated in fact that I can assure you I’m done with Stop and Shop… I’ll no longer need your services and will be happy to continue shopping at Market Basket, Walmart, or any store other than yours .. thanks for all my aggravation over the years…
