My complaint:

I have been a customer to the pharmacy and stop shop for year’s my medicine is every month refill on the same day of each month..on 7922.i when to pick up my medication but this time I’m missing my xanas the I take every day for anxiety. when I got home I realized the I was missing my xanas. I call Sunday to talk to the pharmacist first he was so rude I ask him why I didn’t get my med first he e didn’t know it what to said then he told me they need my doctor to okay my refill remind you this is the is the med I been taking for year’s. then he said the they don’t have it in stock. this is so unresponsible and the pharmacy never told me the I wasn’t going to get my med on time so now I’m going to two day’s without this med.the male pharmacist is rude and this is the second time the his so unprofessional..

Suggested solution:

they need to be more responsible with people med and have a talk or a more training on how talk to the customer . like I say I'm so upset the I have to be without my med for another day..
