My complaint:
No matter when I shop at this location, the Deli Counter staff is rude, lack motivation, talk among themselves or just don’t look up and acknowledge customers. The store itself has gone down the tubes. It lacks cleanliness, stock and knowledgeable kind staff. The shelves are never stocked and they never carry Lysol SprayClorax Wipes etc which you can purchase at any other stores in the surrounding area. The prices have been marked up so high on certain essentials it is ridiculous. I end up going to North Shore Farms or Shoprite for the same product and size for much less. When you go online to a cashier, some of them are on their cell phones at the registers. The only department that seems to work orderly is the floral department and the woman Vicki that runs the floral dept always has a smile is willing to help customers and takes pride in her area. The other departments should take a lesson from her. I have given this store the benefit of the doubt many times and after today will no longer be shopping at this location.
Suggested solution:
As a large chain business - they should know how to address customer complaints and how to resolve them without the customer instructing them.
