My complaint:
Tonight I arrived at the Stop n Shop on Fulton Ave in Hempstead, NY (Store 0556) and by 9:35 when I arrived staff had created barriers of carts blocking the entrances and shut the doors off. Customers were turned away because of staff prematurely shutting their doors. I realize store hours were recently dialed back and stores close by 10pm now, but closing a half hour early by 930pm is ridiculous. I work in retail as well and I’d be fired if I did this.
Suggested solution:
Follow the store hours posted! Why bother posting store hours if they won't be followed?
