My complaint:
I truly hate it when I’m still packing my groceries into my bags, with no assistance from the cashier, and they start ringing up the next customer. I think it’s rude and unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
I don't ever want this experience again. My suggestion is to ensure staff is trained in customer service. If they do not wish to assist in packing the groceries, then just stand there until I'm done, don't start ringing up the next person. Your customers are getting less product and less service while paying more money, don't disrespect us on top of this.
