StockX complaint: Purchased a £3900 bag and it never arrived, now StockX is ignoring my emails.

I contacted StockX on the 16th (9 days ago) to let them know that my order was marked as delivered but was not delivered to me. 

Since then, I have not only sent a police report ing that I had filed a missing item report but I also forwarded an email as proof from the police ing they do not sign or assign an investigating officer for claims such as this (which they ridiculously asked me to provide). 

They then claimed that I needed to visit a police station during a LOCKDOWN in my country (UK) – when you can clearly google that all NON-EMERGENCY crimes in my country must be reported online and visits to the police station should only be made in extreme emergency circumstances. As well as this, I contacted the police via email who ed I did not need to visit a station and that providing a crime reference number is more than enough for StockX to contact UPS and look into how the hell my order just disappeared!  

9 days and several “Bot Chats” and emails later, I have received no correspondence from them or any proof of an investigation for a £4000 (approx $5600) item! I am completely appalled and disgusted with their customer service and can’t believe that no one cares that an order I spent so much money on has gone missing! 

It is THEIR responsibility to look into this with their courier company and their failure to supply the product I paid for is a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’ve had to file a PayPal case as well as leave a trust pilot review where someone said they would get back to me and guess what – again, no one has bothered to! 

This is seriously ridiculous and is my 20-something emails about this situation and still no progress. This is truly appalling at this point. 

I therefore urge you to look into this as a matter of urgency – as my order is missing and I’ve paid for it!! 

I have sent several emails, started several “Bot Chats” via their website and submitted “Contact Us” reports via their website and still no response!!

They should refund my money as the item was never delivered to me and is now missing and they’ve failed to even look into it!
