My complaint:
I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan retro 4 oreos for $355.00 from stockx with the confidence that the promise from stockx 100% authenticity process would deliver. Unfortunately I am a disappointed to share that the pair of Jordan’s I received are 100% counterfeit.
I have attempted to reach out to the company directly but to my surprise there is no phone number to reach anyone. So I had to communicate via chat and was informed by a CSR agent that apparently if I file a dispute my stockx account would be disabled and I would not be assisted. I was also given the option to submit pictures of the counterfeit Jordan’s for a team of experts to review well how can i trust anyone that works at stockx to truly know what they are doing when clearly a pair of counterfeit Jordan’s passed their authentication process. Bottom line I want a full refund.
