My complaint:
I bought a steamdeck 3 months ago, it came with a battery issue it does not stay in sleeping mode, it loses baterry by the end of the day, i tried contacting steam support and they just asked me to do tests i did them and they asked for more which i did not understand i as a customer just want my console to be fixed but they want tests after test and don’t even consider the fact that the customer doesn’t understand their IT language and just keep asking for things instead of asking for the client to ship the item
