My complaint:
I sent some emails to complain about st Vincent de paul and you haven’t replied. I rang up and asked for a food voucher and they contacted me on 17 June and said they would send a voucher through express post and I should receive the food voucher on Monday or Tuesday it is now Wednesday and I still haven’t received the food voucher. I spoke to the supervisor Judith and she wasn’t very helpful She said the food voucher was delivered but I haven’t received it. Then she said there was nothing she could do about it. Could you please reply let me know you have received my complaint and are investigating it.
Suggested solution:
Send me out a food voucher.
