My complaint:

I had an issue with my Cash App that I have previously used. I could not withdraw the money from my account that my son sent to me so I called the number that was provided online for the Cash App customer service line.

I called 1888-411-7583. I told Jerry Parker what the issue was. He claimed to be in California. They answered the phone as Cash App so I had no reason to suspect, the background sounded like a regular call center.

The issue was regarding my $360.00. I had two accounts linked together and he unlinked them and told me that he would call back with the money back into my account.
I was told I needed to purchase Google play cards in order to load money to fix my account issue and I told him no.

I called back and he told me that the money still wasn’t available, that he was working on it. He told me not to get into my account and that it would be available tomorrow morning. When I called back the next morning they kept hanging up on me.

I feel raped and lost. I am unemployed and I was saving that money to get caught up with a few bills and to buy grocery. I am really in need of that money.

Now I am out $360. The money was not added to my account. Cash App is a Google affiliated App so it seemed reasonable. I have filed complaints with the FTC, the FCC, Better Business Bureau, and my local police.

Suggested solution:

I want to get my $360.00 back.
