My complaint:
This company is selling bad knock-off wedding dresses and then refused to issue a refund even though I emailed them immediately upon receiving the dress. I have returned the dress to them in perfect shape, and they still refuse to refund my money. The fabrics they used vaguely resemble the dress pictured on Pinterest, sleeves were too short. It was so bad that I tried it on merely for a laugh. Then, I emailed them asking for a refund, since it was not the dress pictured. It has been a month and a half since I received the dress and still no refund. This company is scamming people.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund.
