My complaint:
Purchased a camera in November 2023 , on 2nd sd card, was informed I had to do a long format by a computer or Mac with windows and internet. I don’t own any of these devices and wasn’t about to purchase one. I had informed customer service I was never informed that this would be a requirement to do this. I have now cancelled my insiders club membership of 99.00 and was informed I would get no kind of refund. So I paid 99 for 3 months. I don’t recall seeing anything in writing that if cancelled prior to renewal there would be no refund issued.
Suggested solution:
Refund some of my money back.
