My complaint:
Cannot get service to respond to my problem. Spent an hour on hold, another with a service representative, Was told by the representative that I needed to complete a format to an SD card and that I would receive a call back in 1 hour. NEVER HAPPENED. Called corporate and got a voice-mail that was full. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen
Suggested solution:
I need to speak to representative so I can cancel my annual subscription. It is very convenient for Spypoint to not have proper service as they already have an annual payment
