Sprouts Farmers Market complaint: Green shirts get pennies for raises, blue shirts get 5 percent or more

My complaint:

Not fair for green shirts

Suggested solution:

Pay their workers( green shirts) more the 11 cents annual for a year or less ,very cheap company but the do have huge bonus for (blue shirts) 700 to over 1000. Hum where’s the problem
