My complaint:
In a remodel and have no cooking facilities. It’s Christmas Eve, and we have about 10 minutes before sprouts closes so we go in there to get a hot sandwich. We’re told that we can’t because the oven has already been cleaned and closed but we can check for ourselves and see if there are any cold ones in the refrigerator case, that had been made yesterday. Really?? The spineless manager came over and asked what the problem was and she then argued with him (after repeatedly arguing with us) and further refuses to help. When I spoke with him, he agreed she should have helped. And yet he didn’t offer to do it or tell her to; he just said he was sorry. SPROUTS THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE WHO ARE YOU HIRING?! Is that the impression you want to make ??? It was Christmas eve. We did not get a hot meal or any food because I was so upset and just cried all the way home. Merry Christmas. I will NEVER EVER set food in your store again. I previously spent about 10,000yearly in your store or more at a different location near our former home.
Suggested solution:
Hire a manager that knows how to MANAGE PEOPLE. POST A SIGN THAT SAYS THE DELI CLOSES BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY CLOSE AND POST IT ONLINE. Hire HELPFUL people who are as interested in your customers as their paycheck.
