SpringHill Suites complaint: Front desk lady EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY KIDS

My complaint:

We have 3 rooms here, we ALWAYS stay here because it’s usually a great stay. We spend upwards of 10k per trip about 3 times a year. Bob Shaunnessy is my grandfather and he’s the name who will be on the reservations. Anyways the front desk lady has been rude to my girls(3 children)MULTIPLE times today(03/21/25) 1st she yelled at them whenever she didn’t see me once she saw me she apologized and changed her tone but to speak to children the she was is NEVER acceptable! Then it all cumulated this evening when I was getting my workout in, I had 2 of my girls (one is 9 and the other 13) with me as I don’t leave them alone it says per the rules kids are allowed with supervision. She proceeded to open the door, yell at my kids to “ok GET OUT OF HERE NOW!” Whenever I saw “excuse me?” She said the kids are not supposed to be in the workout room so I said, why does it say on the rules that they can be here as long as they are supervised? She proceeded to raise her voice and told us to leave. I said “we are going back to our room!” As she then threatened to remove us for ABSOLUTELY no reason. This is purely unacceptable and we will never stay here again. Now my girls are afraid to leave the room tomorrow, said they won’t be able to get breakfast without fear of being yelled at by the “big woman at the front”. Again this is absolutely unacceptable will not soon be forgotten.

Suggested solution:

Fire the lady at the front! Anyone who speaks to children that way should NEVER be in a customer service position
