My complaint:
Hello,
I am a hardcore music nerd, and I’ve been categorizing and playlisting music for almost 20 years. I’ve picked up spotify years ago, and of courses I liked the concept, and initially making and working with playlists worked, the unlimited tree structure was great, and manipulating folders and content within the structure was great, responsive and very simple. But this changed, with their new layout, applications are slow, moving folders and content is nearly impossible to do, and the perfectly understandable tree structure is no longer utilized for its benefits.
This may seem like a small change for people who listen to little bit of music, but for people with hundreds or thousands of playlists this an absolute nightmare.
I am already thinking of making a youtube channel where I would like to go into great depth and detail and compare and explain how these things hinder work of experienced music fans and professional working with this platform throughout the industry.
Frankly the new application suite for Windows both in browser and especially the client application are horrible, extremely unresponsive and has lost all the good features it had.
If anybody can address this issue before I pick up the marketing flag and focus on this issue online, that would be a huge help.

Raise this to the attention of someone other than customer service or support technician.
Ideally make a buzz online, and involve community with a ton of issue-related facts.
