My complaint:

In December 2022 spotify charged me 9.99 but I never signed up with spotify for anything nor authorized spotify to charge my account , after numerous attempts to contact spotify I simply had my bank cancel the debit card and issue me another debit card in January 2023 , within days of new debit card being activated spotify charged the new debit card another 9.99 , I finally got ahold of spotify by email and they refunded my money , but now spotify refuses to answer how they obtained my bankingdebit card info , not once but twice , without my authorized consent , they are illegally doing this to thousands of people if not more
