My complaint:

This is regarding my complaint number DELSG191030A0DT709 , I travelled on 30th Oct 2019 from Pune to Delhi, first the flight was late by 2 hrs and when I collected my luggage to my dismay my trolley was totally damaged the wheel was missing and along with it the body was completely damaged, when I logged the complaint it took almost 45 minutes as the tablet the spice jet agent was using was not working properly also they assured me that I will get a call in next 24 hrs and now its more than 48 hrs and none of your person has bothered to call me nor did they update me about the status of my complaint, tell me if I would have damaged spicejet property, will you people have allowed me to go away if I would have given you just my mobile number and asked you to coordinate regarding the same….the answer is NO you would have settled things at that particular time only.

This is ridiculous customer service as you people don’t even understand the problems I had to face because of my damaged trolley, attached are the pictures of trolley and one of my Tshirt which was damaged because of it (Although your customer service agent might have also shared with you).
Also since I was not able to push the trolley I had to take a cab instead of metro to Noida which cost me 700- (I have the bill if you want can share that also), if you claim that you are best in customer service at least show some courtesy by calling on time and updating on my complaint number.

Suggested solution:

I don’t want cash just want my trolley to be replaced and compensation for my tshirt.
