My complaint:
I ordered a number 1, add bacon for $1.00. Tater tots with strawberry cherry limeade to drink. I also purchased a hot fudge sundae. I ask for light hot fudge sauce. Paid for my order with a card, when the order. When I got to work this is my number 1!!! No condiments on the burger. I called the st. Francisville location told them if this. They just LAUGHED AND NADE FUN OF IT. I’m highly upset. Now my dinner or what was going to eat is over with now. I can’t leave work to redo this. I paid more than I got. $15.72 included a $2.00 tip. From my card. I have an e receipts. Each time I charge something. Their manner was horrible.
Suggested solution:
Should have offered to fix the issue but they didn’t. They lol because of it. Hung up on me.
