My complaint:
The carhop was Brooklyn, she was very a rude carhop that don’t need to be dealing with any customers. This was Sunday evening around 3:00 pm when we placed an order. The person taking our order was not friendly never gave us time to complete the order kept cutting us off. The here come rude Brooklyn with the order. I’m trying to tell her the fries and tots are not fresh. She replied back GIRL, I told her they are not fresh and has a carhop arguing with a customer. My husband order a Super Sonic bacon cheeseburger, there was no bacon. So I get out the car and go inside the facility and the carhop is still talking while I trying to talk to the manager and manager not saying anything. She didn’t ask us if she could remake the order or nothing. I told her that carhop was rude and didn’t care if the food was fresh or not. This calling someone a girl should never be, I’m a grown woman. You train workers to be friendly and to smile not to be disrespectful.
Suggested solution:
She should train properly and if it say the customer is always right the they should follow moto. The on duty she need more training to because she has store full of workers just sit around doing nothing. Where they just sending anything out the door.
