Sonesta complaint: Illegal entrance

My complaint:

Housekeeping staff entered my room despite having a ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door. I also passed housekeeping in the hallway prior to their entrance.

Suggested solution:

Formal apology as well as compensation for this incident.
