James Williams account restriction…. I have experienced the worst customer service ever by this company I have a restriction placed on this account for no reason I have attempt to do if verifation over 5 times I have been on the phone for the last 3 hours please look at notes I get my second deposit with y’all tomorrow but now I am told becaue the verification attempts have not been successful even though it said completed on my end that now I have to wait 24-48 hours I am in nc on vacation I stay in Bronx ny this is a big inconvenience I have been talking to multiple people in the security department who have provided terrible customer service once I have access to my funds and I am able to get them all out I want this account close completely I will never recommend this bank to anyone becaue of the lack of professionalism I think this bank should be shot down becaue no one else should experienced this I have no idea what I am about to do because my paycheck is how I was going to enjoy my vacation but with unexpected issue may just mess up a 4 day vacation that I have already paid for and is curry on my way to I will be reaching out to a legal department because I feel as if I may have a case because this ununacceptabpe
