My complaint:
The agency is ridiculous. I was on the phone almost 2 hours and when the person who answered could not help me I asked for a supervisor and was refused. We pay their salaries. If they are unable to help they should be a helpful as possible to get us the needed assistance. This is a huge, huge, huge waste of tax payer money and I am furious.
Suggested solution:
Acted interested in the issue. Gotten me to a supervisor or researched the issue and got back with me.
