My complaint:

I ordered a dress through So Chic Boutique, which I didn’t know it was a Shopify account. When I tried to email back at the email they provided, it was a totally different company
The email they initial gave was

Hey girly, we process orders 2-5 days after order has been processed!
You will get an email ation when we have shipped out your order, please be patient we are a smaller boutique that just launched!

Well this is a different company as I stated , their email I found was
sochicstore
sochicstore@gmail.com

I have been notified by the TRUE So Chic Boutique store that some one is using their email. They are handling that.

But the place I ordered from has never contacted me and no merchandise-I would like a refund, and I think Shopify should look into this fraudulent activity.
