My complaint:

I just made an backup account and instantly my account of 4 years gets permanently locked! I wasn’t even promoting any drugs nothing! I literally didn’t break a single rule i’ve sent so many emails. It’s been exactly 2 weeks!!! In an email they even admitted the support team: “We couldn’t find any suspicious activity.” And when i asked if you can please unlock it, he said “we will no longer reply to this conversation.” What kind of nonsense is that?!

I ask for help, i get a little bit of help and then you don’t even provide anything, yet you work for that company meaning it’s YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to help everybody no matter what! Can you imagine how hard it is to get a respond from snapchat support even on twitter they always say “sorry we can’t help any further make sure you provided an email address we can respond to.” Yet it’s been 2 weeks where’s my answer then? I’ve applied for multiple appeals and NOTHING HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED!!

At this point i’m losing my mind because i’m doing all of this because i clearly know i’m innocent in every way even with proof! meaning my account NEEDS TO BE UNLOCKED!!!

Suggested solution:

They should send me an email giving me an link to reset my password to unlock my account, and unban my device!
