My complaint:
On my monthly bank statement an amount of $61.69 was shown as a withdraw. I have NO idea what this is for as I have never used this company.
Details on statement; VISA PURCHASE SMILEYHOMEY 24555155 18/3 HK 40.960 USD
I hope this transaction can be cancelled and the amount returned to my account.
