My complaint:
I ordered a pair of orthotic type sandals. The payment of £54.78 left me account on 05 December 2022. I have not received any correspondence regarding the items or delivery and the sandals have not been delivered.
Suggested solution:
They need to pay my money back as I had ordered them for a holiday booked in April 2023.
