My complaint:
After going on two years dealing with trying to get my son’s teeth corrected with SDC FOUR month program, I said enough was enough. They assigned an acct manager and she said I’ll get an 80% refund. SDC than tried to offer me a little over $1100 and have me sign a general release form. I told her with proof of payment receipts that I paid $2386 and 80% was $1908.80.
She agreed to this and a week later when I didn’t receive a new release form, I contacted her and she than said she could refund $1676.12. Why does SDC think they can keep $709.88 when my son’s teeth look worse than when we started. I have all receipts of paying the $2386 and now SDC who likes to play games and then stop responding needs to give me 100% refund.
