My complaint:
I bought a Smart ones Chicken Enchiladas Suiza. Unfortunately, I do not own a microwave. So how long to cook in the stove? There were no directions, the container could not be heated in the stove either, according to the microwave directions. Lucky I had some foil to wrap all the frozen contents and could bake it in the oven. Not sure on long to bake it, 30 minutes it was still cold. Now it’s back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
Suggested solution:
Please change your packaging to oven safe disposable tray with directions on how long to bake in the oven. Not everyone owns a microwave or wants one. I’ve never been so disappointed that I could not bake my meal without dismantling it, and not know how long to bake so the chicken in it was SAFE to eat.
