My complaint:
Well, I hope no one downloads this unsupported game as they do not honour massive win amounts of $499,500,500,999,500 and try to say it is a visual glitch. This is not good. As screen told me Congratulations you win $above in 10 free spins – if it was a visual display it would have said you could have won $above in 10 free spins. Have gone to there non existent customer service team who state that tech team will get back to you as issue has been resolved on 3-5-22. Nothing forthcoming from them and as of today I have been informed by customer support I will not be receiving this win. Am very disillusioned and disheartened by this as is very unfair.
Suggested solution:
by honouring the win amount not trying to fob me off with other less amounts or lotto bonus or mega wheel
