My complaint:
I paid 150 Gems for the A couple of spins for double the tickets. the gems were claimed by you but I sat and waited for something to happen. this is not the only incident on a few ocassions I was never awarded the coins I had suppossedely won.
Suggested solution:
I would like my 150 gems back
