My complaint:

I’ve had Sling for a long time because it has 2 of the channels I like. It’s the most expensive app I have I’m ready to cancel it. At $35 a month I don’t think it should pause out as much as it does. it’s not my internet, non of the other apps do that. It’s very annoying not worth $35 a month.

Suggested solution:

Fix whatever is wrong with their app definitely lower the cost for it.
