My complaint:

I have been attempting to cancel my Sling account for a week. The chat option goes into a loop and I cannot get verification of my cancellation. I was offered an option to contact a technician–for a cost. There are no email contacts or telephone number for customer service. The Cancel FAQ solution is not available. I have checked complaint sites and found this is not an unusual situation with complaints of being charged for service after cancellation reported.

Suggested solution:

Cancel my service and verify the cancellation.
