My complaint:
Sling runs a promotion and they do not send u an email when the promotion is over and u cannot cancel membership by just sending an email u have to call , I thought I had cancel did not realize I had not was billed 2 months. I could not even find the show I was looking for. Different. season
Suggested solution:
Make customers aware by emai that sling service willl b this amount if u do not call this number to cancel also refund my money for i didn’t watch sling but the day I was trying to find a show. They should say we only have these seasons
