Sling TV complaint: Lies and false promises

My complaint:

I ordered Sling service to include the airtv2 so that I can watch local channels. I was told that I would receive the equipment within 3-5 business days. It has been a month and I have not received anything. Sling has shipped the equipment to the wrong address on two separate occasions. I have called numerous times telling them they are shipping to the wrong address and I am assured my the representative that it is shipped to the correct address. At this point, I am fed up with Sling. Customer reps make false promises and lack candor. They do not care about the customer at all. They tell me to wait for the equipment without giving any deadline. I asked for a refund and they said per policy they cannot. Another representative told me she could make an exception since I never received my equipment but Edward (user ID WWC) says that is not policy and he can’t refund me anything and for me to wait. I am being penalized for their mistakes and got scammed into ordering something that doesn’t even exist.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the full amount of $168. I never received the equipment and have no use for service without it.
