Sling TV complaint: cancled service: requested a full refund for month of July

My complaint:

I was promised a full refund in 5- 6 days. I have filed 2 complainst with BBB and recived 2 calls from Sling TV corporate offices that refund is in process. They are lying to me.

Suggested solution:

I want my refund issued to me immediately and i will never deal with this deceptive business agaqins that continues to lie to customers because of greed.
