Sling TV complaint: Deceptive Practice

My complaint:

I signed up to try Sling TV today (3-23-2024) , and realized I did not want the service. I cancelled it within 2 hours. It cost $45., and said I could cancel at any time. The payment was processed through Amazon Pay.
When I cancelled, I was told I could use it until 4-23-24, and could not get a refund. I called Amazon, as well as Sling TV more than once, and they told me the fine print stated I could not get a refund.
I find the notion that they could charge me $45. for actual use of the product of about an hour to be ludicrous.
When they say you can cancel at anytime, it is not stated in fine print. So the result of cancelling anytime-means you can cancel on day 1 and be charged for the next 30 days. I thing the average person would expect to only be charged for the actual time used. This is unreasonable as well as deceptive.

Suggested solution:

They should refund my payment given that the only time used was evaluating the service. Any reputable business, in my opinion, would do this!
