My complaint:
I filed 2 disputes because my roommate stole my phone and transfered all my money to another account while I was at work they were suppose to put a block on it after that but somehow she was able to get my money the following week. I sent my police report to them and they told me I would be receiving my money on the 14th which was a whole month after I filed the dispute and now they saying I don’t get my money back. I have been evicted I lost my job and I need my money and all they have did was gave me the run-around.
Suggested solution:
I just want my money back, I worked hard for it and I gave them enough proof to pove my innocence
