My complaint:
Every week for payday, I’m waiting hours for money I work for. It’s very inconsiderate that I can’t depend on you guys to make sure I receive my money on time. I have bills as well as a child. This is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
Do better as a company. This has gone on for years and no one has done nothing about it.
