My complaint:
I tried to login on my mobile. Got error message to call them. When I did they said my login information changed. I stated I did not change it. They then proceeded to tell me there was an restriction on my account. They sent me through for different people. When I was asked to submit my ID through a link they sent they told me my state issued DL wasn’t acceptable. They got an attitude. Very rude people. I never got any help. At this point I can’t access my account to withdrawal my social security money. They act as if they don’t care. My money is court ordered. When I call back they hang up. I don’t know if they are trying to steal my money. I’m getting ready to call my lawyer. I’m fed up. This is the 4th time I’ve encountered this problem. They are a joke. People need to be aware of this.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account so I can have access to my money to withdraw it and close out the account with them. I'm tired of this. I'm tired of going through this. They shouldn't block your account without your permission or at least notify u. In my case they didn't notify me. They just blocked me.
