Skrill complaint: Skrill withdraw money issue

My complaint:

I withdraw the money in my skrill account on 5th January, it was supposed to be in my bank account in 2-3 days, however after 20 days it still didn’t arrive. I read that many Turkish clients are in same position, they are not even replying the mails, and they will close in Turkey after 11th of January. They look like they are stealing the money of people, keeping the withdrawals and not giving any explanation.

Skrill did the same thing to me. My withdrawal hasn’t been arrived in two months. And when I asked they said they are experiencing problems with the Turkish banks and suggested me to send the money to another skrill user. I asked my cousin to open a skrill account. He did but before his account is verified skrill took the money from my account and did not transfered it to my cousin’s account. They verified his account later.
