Skrill complaint: Skrill is not sending the withdrawal money to his clients

My complaint:

I withdraw the money in my skrill account on 17th December, it was supposed to be in my bank account in 2-3 days, however after 20 days it still didn’t arrive. I read that many Turkish clients are in same position, they are not even replying the mails, and they will close in Turkey after 11th of January. They look like they are stealing the money of people, keeping the withdrawals and not giving any explanation.

Suggested solution:

By sending the money I withdraw to my bank account.
